Implementation Work:

1. Checked and implement  updated compliance guidelines
2. Update and making policy & procedure as per requirement. 
3. Maintain the Buyer's COC and Labor Law.
4. Conduct with Department Head and Buyers for new requirements. 
5. Coordinate with HR to implement the new requirements.
6. Co-operate with other departments for smooth operation. 
7. Monitoring for compliance-related issues with others section. 
8. Make aware of mid-label staff about the legal law.
9. Work with the top management to meet up the organization's target.
10. Work for implementation of management requirements.  

Internal Audit/Assessment:

11. Factory Internal Audit with a team member.
12. All types of assessment & reporting to the department head.
13. Monthly Assessment on Housekeeping issues.
14. Attend buyer meeting & seminar for new requirements.
15. Sample basis checking to ensure compliance standard regularly. 
16. Conduct Audit by order of team leader on an emergency basis.

Grievance System:
